Macadamia Mint Julep

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 8-10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz macadamia milk
  • Crushed ice

Muddle the mint and simple syrup in a glass. Add bourbon, macadamia milk, and fill with crushed ice. Stir gently and garnish with a mint sprig.
