Creamy Mint Macadamia Spinach Soup

INGREDIENTS

Soup:

  • 2 c.  spinach
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. milkadamia Creamy
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • ½ avocado, peeled and pitted
  • ½ cucumber, peeled
  • ¼ c. mint
  • 1 tsp. ginger powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt (optional)
  • dash cayenne pepper

Toppings:

  • 3 slices watermelon radish
  • ½ c. baby spinach/sprouts
  • 1 Tbsp. milkadamia Creamy
  • 1 tsp. black sesame seeds
